35.
This is the number of survivors that Peace Promise has walked with to freedom since our inception in 2008. Supporting survivors of trafficking and exploitation and giving these precious ladies the opportunity to live a life of freedom wouldn’t be possible without the support of our entire community. Your support aids in the work that we do to provide for the needs and programming required to assist survivors in their journey to freedom. More importantly, it sends a powerful message to survivors: we love and value you. With your support, each precious life whom we serve can rewrite their story and hand down a new legacy to the next generation. You can be part of that story.
Donate
Financial support from our community is essential to our work and ensures resources and program funding to support our survivors. All donations, big and small, make a difference in the lives of our survivors. We also have options for corporate sponsorships and monthly giving. For as low as $10 per month, you can be a long-term partner in a survivor’s journey to freedom.
Volunteer
When our survivors see volunteers, they see people who have chosen to commit time and energy to their future. They learn that they are part of a community who is willing to fight for them. We would love to have you join that community. We have volunteer options for a variety of skill sets ranging from baking to manual labor to clerical needs and even opportunities for group volunteer projects.
Invite us to Speak
One of the largest barriers to change in the fight against trafficking is misinformation and misrepresentation. The media often depicts a glamorized version of trafficking and as a result, it often hides in plain sight because people don’t know it when they see it. We are committed to the work of educating our community and would love to join your group or organization to share and bring awareness about this horrific problem that is happening right here in our community.
Support our sister Organizations
Our sister organizations, Soaps by Survivors and Good Ground Coffee are economic empowerment initiatives that provide job and life skills training for our survivors. Supporting these businesses supports the mission of Peace Promise and provides employment options for our survivors.
